Hi andie,
Love the cards! Thanks for putting it out there for us. Looking at them, I see the same jockey on a couple horses and the same silks on a couple. Is that because the field isn’t quite set yet? Or will these change any further in day or two leading up to derby? Sorry if these are dumb questions, not exactly a derby pro!

  Yeah, there are a couple of duplicate jockeys, but mostly in the horses that are unlikely to make the final cut. It’s common that a few jockeys move around in the last few days, especially the ones near the bottom of the ranks. As for the silks, those are tied to the stable/owner, not to a specific horse or jockey, so if that stable has more than one horse in the derby those will be repeated. I am super not a derby pro either, but I have been doing these for enough years that I’m starting to figure things out!
